Four fixed-price ways to start

Four clearly defined services with a fixed price make it easy to start working together. The cost is predictable from day one, no mandate risk is involved, and each offer can be extended into a larger engagement at any time.

In-house interview training

EUR 2,400

half day

EUR 3,900

full day

Up to 8 participants, travel costs not included.

Your own people conduct the interviews. The training covers the methods that hold up in practice and lets participants rehearse them on their own cases.

What is included

  • Practical exercises with individual feedback
  • Overview of the Reid technique, the PEACE model and the Cognitive Interview
  • Structuring an interview from preparation through to documentation
  • A written guide to take away and use in day-to-day work

Who it is for

  • Associates in white-collar crime law firms
  • Internal audit departments
  • Compliance teams

Not included

Travel costs, meeting room and catering are not included. Legal advice is not part of the training.

Open seminars on interview and questioning technique cost roughly EUR 550 to 1,100 net per person and day, depending on the provider. With eight participants, the in-house training works out at EUR 300 per person for a half day and roughly EUR 490 for a full day.

In-house seminar on internal investigations

EUR 3,900

one day

EUR 6,900

two days

Up to 8 participants, travel costs not included.

Anyone investigating internally needs to know what is permitted, how to obtain usable information and how the result will hold up in court. The seminar passes on the craft built over four decades in policing and in corporate practice, from the human factor through to securing evidence, and rehearses it on cases from your own environment.

What is included

  • Practical exercises with individual feedback
  • Investigative options and techniques, permitted and prohibited measures
  • Legal aspects and rights of attendance in internal investigations
  • Making contact and steering the conversation: psychological and criminological foundations
  • Questioning techniques and tactics
  • Securing, analysing and documenting evidence, including IT forensics
  • Identifying suspects, pitfalls, dos and don'ts

Who it is for

  • Compliance, internal audit and in-house counsel who run investigations
  • HR and security officers
  • Auditors and audit specialists

Not included

Travel costs, meeting room and catering are not included. Legal advice is not part of the seminar.

One day for up to eight participants works out at roughly EUR 490 per person. Open seminars on internal investigations cost roughly EUR 550 to 1,100 net per person and day, depending on the provider.

External interviewer by the day

EUR 1,600

per day from three days

EUR 1,900

per day for shorter assignments

Plus one preparation day, travel costs not included.

You run the mandate, I run the interviews. The mandate and the legal assessment remain entirely with your law firm.

What is included

  • Briefing and alignment on the objective of the investigation
  • Interview plan with sequence and topics per person
  • Interviews conducted on site. Remote only with witnesses who are not themselves accused.
  • Documentation that holds up in court
  • A factual summary of the results

Who it is for

  • White-collar crime law firms with short-term capacity needs
  • Companies running an internal investigation

Not included

The legal assessment, the conduct of the mandate and the decision on how to proceed are not included. I am not an attorney.

Work is billed by the day, with travel and preparation shown separately rather than hidden in the rate.

Initial assessment of a report within 48 hours

EUR 1,900

fixed price

48 hours

until you have the result

Fixed price, no hourly billing.

A report has landed on your desk and the first question is how seriously to take it. Within 48 hours you receive a solid basis for deciding how to proceed.

What is included

  • A written account of the facts as they stand
  • A list of the open questions
  • A proposal for the scope and sequence of the next steps
  • Immediate measures to secure evidence

Who it is for

  • Management and compliance functions in mid-sized companies
  • Ombudspersons and law firms where reports come in

Not included

Legal advice and legal assessment are not included. The initial assessment does not replace a review by an attorney. The decision on how to proceed remains yours.

The scope is deliberately small so that the decision on a full investigation rests on facts rather than on an assumption.

All prices are net and exclude VAT. Invoicing is handled by TIICC-Compliance (Sweden) under the reverse charge mechanism for business clients within the EU.
