About TIICC Compliance

TIICC Compliance was founded on more than 40 years of international experience in preventing and addressing corporate misconduct.

This background includes:

  • leadership of complex international investigations
  • compliance reviews and governance assessments
  • development of codes of conduct and anti-corruption frameworks
  • executive-level advisory in high-risk situations
  • specialised interview work in sensitive and escalatory contexts

Over time, this experience led to one central insight:

Most critical situations do not initially require more structure.
They require clarity.

From Compliance Structures to Executive Reflection

While TIICC Compliance has supported organisations in building compliance systems, conducting investigations and delivering training programmes, the focus has evolved.

Large-scale or standardised training formats often fail to address the real pressure faced by senior executives and board members when personal exposure and corporate risk intersect.

Today, the primary focus lies on confidential executive sparring at CEO and supervisory board level.

Not as an operational mandate.
Not as a consultancy project.
But as independent reflection before escalation.

Selective Executive Formats

In selected cases, small in-person Executive Lab formats are conducted for senior leaders where scenario work, structured dialogue and decision simulation are required.

Mass online training formats are intentionally no longer part of the core offering.

The emphasis is on depth, confidentiality and situational relevance — not scale.

Network & Cooperation

Where specialised expertise is required, TIICC Compliance maintains access to an established international network including:

  • tax advisors
  • criminal and regulatory law firms
  • data and forensic IT specialists
  • internal audit professionals

All legal mandates remain with the respective law firms.
TIICC Compliance does not engage in fee sharing or referral obligations.

Today

TIICC Compliance provides the structural framework through which independent executive sparring engagements are conducted.

The focus is not volume.
It is clarity in moments of consequence.
