Beeing a subject of an investigation, interrogations or questioning by law enforcement agencies, such as police, public prosecutors, customs or tax investigators as well as internal investigators of companies and how to behave in court.

Law enforcement investigators and corporate internal investigators are trained in interrogation tactics and how to exploit this against witnesses, suspects or defendants. Therefore, an equal opportunity may not always exist during interrogations or questioning. Furthermore, „appropriate behavior in court“ can lead to a more favorable course and outcome of the court proceedings for an accused.

Objective:

In this training, you will learn how to prepare when being a subject of an investigation or beeing interviewed, what questions you might be asked, and how to respond to difficult questions or situations. The training include hands-on exercises where participants can improve their skills.

The training focuses on teaching psychological finesse and procedures, questioning techniques and „proper“ responses, as well as sharing insights on how investigations and court hearings are conducted.

You can learn what questions you might be asked, and how to respond to difficult questions or situations. The courses often include practical exercises where participants can improve their skills.
It is important to note, however, that attending such a preparation course does not guarantee that the interrogation will be successful or that the witness or respondent will be successful in court. However, good preparation can help the person to be more confident and better able to defend his or her position and protect his or her rights.
