Communication is basis of an economic approach and part of everyday (business) life and a conversation is the most important part of coumminication. Questions and answers are always part of a conversation, otherwise it becomes a monologue.

Only those who get to know their counterparts properly and know how to assess them will be successful in discussions and surveys.

In many organizations, special investigators are therefore employed to conduct certain interviews or surveys, as it is important to conduct this as professionally and safely as possible.

But such experience is also helpful for everybody.

Objective:

In this seminar, you will not only learn the basics of interviewing, taking into account forensic aspects. You will also learn how to obtain as much information as possible in an interrogation or interview that is as reliable as possible, well verifiable for its truth content and as usable as possible through the right environment, psychological tact, appropriate procedures and questioning techniques.

„Discrepancies“ that can occur during the interview, verbal and nonverbal cues that help you detect lies, and the balance between the objectives of the interview and the person’s authority and rights will be specifically addressed.

You will learn the importance of effective preparation and planning for an interview, how to frame such an interview depending on the situation, the various interviewing methods, how and when to use them, and how to prepare for possible responses.

The seminar focuses on the role of the private investigator in an interview, how to properly plan and conduct interviews from a criminological and psychological point of view, how to ask the right questions at the right time and how to recognize possible lies.
